Neuroinclusive HR: Strategies, tools, and insights to empower line managers.

Employee Lifecycle

Did you know?

72% of line managers are not confident in supporting neurodivergent employees.

The line managers are often the ones managing the neurodivergent employee’s day to day and can therefore feel fear of getting it wrong, fear of the unknown, and fear of negative impact or unfairness on their team.

This page gives HR the tools, language, and confidence to lead the change and support managers in creating workplaces where neurodivergent (and all!) employees can thrive, and where line managers understand and embrace neurodivergent talent.

Webinar promotion titled Neuroinclusive Management in Practice with helen musgrove on 25th September 15:00 - 16:00

Neuroinclusive Management in Practice

Managers shape the daily experience of neurodivergent people more than any policy ever can. The quality of 1:1s, task design, and everyday communication often determines whether talent thrives or struggles. This webinar spotlights the manager’s role and shows what good looks like in real teams.

Led by Helen Musgrove, Occupational Psychologist and Head of Consultancy at Genius Within, this practical session translates neuroinclusion from principle into day-to-day management. Helen will share evidence-based guidance for supporting neurodivergent colleagues and running neuroinclusive teams.

She’ll then host a 15-minute case study conversation with the Head of People from E.ON, exploring how a large organisation is enabling managers, what’s worked on the ground, and the benefits they’re seeing.
